Property Maintenance
Absolute provides both planned and reactive maintenance services to a wide range of customers.
We discuss the planned maintenance requirements of each property in the customer’s estate and agree a schedule of works that specifies the scope and frequency of the works, and of course, the cost.
The details of the agreed schedule are entered into our control systems, and Absolute arranges for the works to be completed by our skilled workforce.
We keep in regular contact with our customers, providing reports on works both in progress and completed, raising and discussing any issues that may arise.
Reactive maintenance usually requires a swift response. Properties do get damaged, and repairs to windows, doors, sinks, toilets, boilers etc. need to be dealt with quickly.
Absolute supplies the skills needed to resolve these problems at short notice.
